By registering for, deploying, or interacting with CareBridge Connect enterprise routing servers, you establish a binding agreement to abide by these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Platform Use
Enterprise routing features may only be leveraged in strict compliance with the local communication frameworks and guidelines dictated by national authorities and WhatsApp’s parent network policies.
3. Service Levels and Guarantees
We supply operational routing on a best-effort, high-availability baseline. Complete, dedicated network uptimes are governed exclusively by enterprise SLAs formalized alongside custom client contracts.
